Welcome to Ketabuk Academy (“Ketabuk,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing our website, booking a trial class, enrolling in any learning program, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.


1. About Our Services

Ketabuk Academy provides online educational services, including but not limited to:

  • Quran Studies

  • Quran Memorization (Hifz)

  • Tajweed

  • Arabic Language

  • Noorani Qaida

  • Islamic Studies

  • New Muslim Programs

Classes are delivered online through approved virtual learning platforms.


2. Student Eligibility

Our services are available to:

  • Children (with parental supervision and consent)

  • Teenagers

  • Adults

  • New Muslims

  • International students

Students under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the student’s behalf.


3. Trial Classes

Ketabuk may offer complimentary trial classes to prospective students.

Trial classes are intended to:

  • Assess the student’s current level

  • Understand learning goals

  • Recommend the most appropriate program

A trial class does not guarantee enrollment, teacher availability, or future scheduling.


4. Enrollment and Payments

Enrollment is confirmed only after:

  • Registration has been completed

  • Required information has been submitted

  • Payment has been successfully received

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Ketabuk reserves the right to update tuition fees, packages, promotions, or pricing at any time. Such changes will not affect prepaid or active subscription periods.


5. Class Scheduling

Students may choose available class times based on teacher availability.

While we strive to maintain consistent schedules, Ketabuk reserves the right to make reasonable scheduling adjustments when necessary. Whenever possible, students will be notified in advance of significant schedule changes.


6. Attendance Policy

Students are expected to attend scheduled classes punctually.

Repeated absences or late attendance may:

  • Affect learning progress

  • Reduce scheduling flexibility

  • Impact teacher availability

Parents are encouraged to assist younger students in maintaining regular attendance.


7. Rescheduling Policy

Students may request to reschedule classes by providing advance notice.

Rescheduling requests are subject to:

  • Teacher availability

  • Scheduling capacity

  • Academy policies

Classes missed without sufficient notice may not qualify for rescheduling or replacement.


8. Teacher Assignments

Teachers are assigned based on factors including:

  • Learning objectives

  • Student level

  • Language preference

  • Teacher availability

Students may request a different teacher, and Ketabuk will consider such requests where reasonably possible. However, the Academy cannot guarantee the availability of any specific instructor.


9. Learning Progress

Ketabuk is committed to delivering high-quality educational instruction.

However, educational success depends on factors including:

  • Student attendance

  • Personal effort

  • Independent practice

  • Family support

  • Individual learning pace

Accordingly, Ketabuk does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, memorization targets, examination results, or completion timelines.


10. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Treat teachers and staff respectfully

  • Follow classroom instructions

  • Maintain a positive learning environment

  • Use respectful language and behavior

Ketabuk reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.


11. Parent Responsibilities

Parents or legal guardians are encouraged to:

  • Ensure regular attendance

  • Provide an appropriate learning environment

  • Support younger children during lessons when necessary

  • Maintain accurate contact information


12. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for maintaining access to:

  • A stable internet connection

  • A computer, tablet, or smartphone

  • Functional microphone and camera (where required)

  • Necessary communication software

Ketabuk is not responsible for service interruptions resulting from student-side technical issues or internet failures.


13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all educational materials, lesson plans, recordings, graphics, logos, videos, website content, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Ketabuk Academy.

Without prior written permission, users may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Publish

  • Share educational materials commercially
